Making team for any purpose is not easy as you imagine, need efforts, need to be patient, need to knows, need to listen, need to keep looking and need to convince that those team will be solid in the end. Organisation involve many people coming from different background, different idea and different personality. Then, it needs a leader to unite all of the diversity. The function of the leader become really important here as the mediator, facilitator & keep in track. Those wise and truly excellent leader will always try to encourage the diverse to work together, to understand and listen each other. Truly excellent leader will not use the words expelled as the solutions. Build the team from the raws, from 0, from many people might not know each other, from people that have opposite direction. Those the Leader can be called as excellent leader if they can transform from unstructured and un solid team to be structured and solid one. Not only Output as the indicator of excellent Leader since somehow build a solid team with high quality output is not that easy. There is a common condition when a leader force subordinates to do something to improve the quality of outputs, but then, the subordinates feels intimidated, and it creates a conflict. The leader have to know how to make good organisational environment. The leader should be able to give advice for subordinates, The leader should be balance give the opportunity to subordinates to speak. No one dominates the conversation. Everybody have the same portion. The excellent is that there is no trade off between Output and the Solidarity!,
