Business is service of a measurement. We divide into two important words which are serving and measurement. Every single product you sold need a measurement. You serve people with the best size fit their needs and comfortability.

You may sell clothes, you need to measure the height, length and width. You may sell food, you need to measure the recepee. If a chef made put wrong proportion ingradients in their food, the taste might be undelicious.
You may sell a house, you need to measure the rooms. People might not like the rooms which are not accomodate their needs in using the room for their activity. The free space might be to narrow or too wide.

Therefore, if a business want to achieve the target, they should maintain the accuracy and involve some consideration to measure. Businessman might lenghten the life of their company by controlling the quality on their measurement. Some said that business is about the design. But each design always involve measurement. It is because the best measurement create a beauty, taste, comfortability.

Basically, people pay a product for the professionalism in measurement. People which pay only the product that is not fit them will create a customer regret which decrease the value of its product. Some arguments against this thought such as people might buy the brand not the measurement to show the social status. Creating a brand itself need a measurement, they need to measure the market and their way of branding. If branding is not measured proportionately, the branding will failed. Since branding might have risk that the marketing might over.

Every single business is a service typed of business. Some theories said that business can be service or manufacturing. Basically, all the way business exist is depend on the service provided to the client. And we can derived a client into several types of clients, it could be external client or internal client. External client are customers who independently by the product of the firms, internal clients are the all the stakeholders influencing the sustainability of the firms.

If people said that business could be manufacturing typed of business, there is no workers. Employee who work to manufacture the product do their services. They serve the customers indirectly by producing the goods. If every workers can think that they work to serve their final customers, then they are assumed to have passion in their work. The motivation is not only about their received salary. They are motivated by their customer satisfaction. To create this feel, company needs to shows the buyer proud expression of using or consuming the product. Again, business is a service because people basically also using the product by consuming or the other way around.
